Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the shipping or fulfillment process. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled as a return.
Returns & Refunds:
Opened Products: Due to the nature of aesthetic and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
